Friday after the octave of St. Michael [29 Sept.], 30 Edward
I. [a.d. 1302], came Thomas de Dittone, pepperer, before
John de Canterbury, Alderman, and the Chamberlain of the
City and acknowledged himself bound to Hugh " Metge " and
his fellows in the sum of £9 15 J', gd. ; to be paid, viz., 6^s.
at Christmas and Easter next, and 65.?. cyl. at the Feast of
St. James, &c. |
