Mandate to all bailiffs to admit Arnold de Dowuco, the king'B gauger,
throughout England, or his deputy, to the execution of his office in their
bailiwicks, but the said bnlliffs are to collect the moneys arising therefrom,
and deliver them to Gregory de Rokesle, the buyer of tbe king's wines
