Feoffment from William de Hetherst, dyer, and Isabel his wife to Ralph son of John Rolf and Christine his wife. RYE/136/41 1 May 1315

Contents:
A dwelling in Rye as in RYE/136/37 acquired from Ralph called Slegh, with a certain part of a chamber in a house adjoining it, which he acquired of Richard son and heir of Ralph, which lies between the dwelling of the heirs of Richard on the south, the highway on the north, and between the tenement of the heirs of Richard on the west and the donee's own tenement on the east.
Reserved rent of 2¼d. per annum to the heirs of Richard and Ralph.
Consideration 20s. sterling.
Seal of Rye procured for better security.
Witnesses: Robert Marchaunt, then mayor, Paul, son of Robert, John Paccok, William de la Wische, Geoffrey Solaz, J. Aumbroys, Robert son of Robert Vincent.
