Whereas the k i n g commited for life t o Adam de Cestreton, king's clerk, t h e wardenship of t h e House of Gonverts without London which
the Mng founded for the mamtenanee of poor converts, in honour
of the H o l y Trimty ; t h e king, wisMng t o provide for the protection
and tranquillity of t h e said Adam and converts, proMbits any one of
Ms or others from sojourning i n a n y houses of the said place or being
lodged or received there, or a n y of the inhabitants from admitting
or receiving any o n e t o lodge or sojourn there against the will of t h e said
Adam.
