Contents:
A piece of meadow in Rye between the lands of Richard Hulle on the east, the land of William Storm on the west, the land of the donee on the south and north in exchange for a piece of land in the same parish between the land of Walter Mot on the east and the donor's land on the west.
Proviso for John to have a right of way to drive his cattle to his field of Shrobbes when it lies in grass during summer.
Witnesses: John Thomas sen., Richard his son, William Thomas, William Storm, William de Gatebergh, Walter Wymond, Walter Mot.
