A plot of land in the liberty of the town of Rye next to a lane called Pigges-lane between the lands of John Cok on the east and of the heirs of John de la More of the west, the lane on the south and the land of Thomas de Bonulon on the north.
Reserved rent to the heirs of William Pace 2d. silver to be paid at the principal messuage of Pace at Winchelsea.
Consideration: a small piece of land in Rye in exchange.
Witnesses: Paul son of Robert, then mayor, Robert Marchaunt, James his brother, Geoffrey Solaz, John Ambroys, Robert Vincent, Henry Fisch, Richard Beneyt, butcher, Thomas Richard.
