A. 4208. Grant by William de Eadburgetun, son and heir of William
de Eadburgetun', to the monks of St. Pancras, Lewes, of a yearly rent from
lands called ' Thortsond ' and ' Frererize ' in Eadburgetun (Edburton), on
the west side of the high road towards Lynene bregge, in exchange for land
in Wodesmansthorne. Witnesses: Sirs Andrew Peverel, Thomas de
Puninkes, Robert Savage the sheriff, Anfrid de Ferrinkes, and others
