427 Bond given by John Hunte de Ode to John Pecche, draper, for k40 according to a recognizance made in Guildhall of L. This money must be paid by Easter 1365. If Katherine, wife of John Hunte, enrolls a deed of 12 marks rent for Richard Pecche, issued by John Hunte and Katherine, and which John Hunte should have enrolled, this bond will be void. Katherine can enrol this deed either when she has come of age or before the mayor and recorder of L. within three years after the date of this bond. Wit.
