[Middx.] A. 2726. Indenture witnessing that the prior and convent of Holy
Trinity, London, are not bound to warrant a plot of land that Sir Walram
de Rocheford, knight, has by their grant in the parish of St. Michael of
Bassishawe, London, against lady Agatha, relict of Sir Ralph son of
Bernard, knight, if she implead him on account of it, notwithstanding the
clause to the contrary in the said grant. Sunday the feast of St. Margaret,
