Lease, indented, for seven years from Michaelmas 1270 (festo Sci Michis' Anno Dm' m' . Cc. Lxx), by John, son of Thomas the Flemyng of Paul's 'Creye', and Johanna de Chysilhurst his wife to Sir James de Abingeworth, canon of St Paul's, of all their land in the field called Bradefelde, lying between the land of the said ‘sir’ james which he bought from henry, brother of the said John, on the W; and the field called hurst on the E, and extending in length from the road leading from Brochele towards the churhc of Lewisham as far as the land of the lady marjorie de Marines on the N.
