Grant by Will. le Francklein eon of Will. (sic) de
Bedingge to Walter de Colevile prior of Sale & the monks
there of a yearly rent of 12d wh. he had been used to
receive from the said prior & monks, viz. from a croft
which Will. his father had riven to the naid house, [see
N. 6] and which lay eastward of the little bridge of
brembre, & which Simon Sipman formerly held; - the said
prior giving him one mark "in gersumam."
