1414 Grant by the same (s) to the Church of St Mary in Little Wakering of 3-i acres of land free of all dues. William cancels 3d. rent which the church had to pay for a ditch along the orchard next to the land of Ralph Bule. William is allowed to build a chapel in his own yard on certain conditions.
