Exemplification and confirmation by James de Byna,
son and heir of William de Byne, of the grant by his paternal
aunt Amy de Byne to the convent of Sele, of the meadow
at Grenestede called Hemmesgrave given to her by her
brother William de Byne; saving that the said James reserves
to himself the wood of Hammesgrave, and the pasture
of the meadow after the hay has been carried, up to the
feast of the purification yearly.
