Grant, in fee simple, to Hugh de Vienna, king's clerk, in consideration
of his services to the king and to Edmund, the king's brother, at a yearly
rent of 3d. towards the farm of the city of London, of a capital messuage
in the parish of St. Faith in the Crypt of the church of St. Paul, London,
and all the tenement, with five shops built upon it in the same parish, held of the king by Reiner Magiar, Orlandinus de Podio and their fellows,
citizens and merchants of Lucca, and surrendered and quit-claimed by them to the crown for ever.
