Quitclaim by joan, daughter of john Bolloc to Richard de Warewyc of all her rights in the houses formerly belonging to the said john her father at the head of London bridge towards suwerche on the E side, between the shouse which belonged to Anger, husband of Beatrice la Fraunceyse on the S, and the cross standing upon the next pier (pilarium) on the same side on the N; rendering therefor 1d. yearly at Easter. And for greater security the said Richard has given to the said joan 1m.
