[Middx.] A. 1854. Release by Peter the Clerk, son of Benedict Kokelin, of
London, to Richard, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, of
all actions relating to 3s. yearly rent in the parish of St. Botulf without
Bishopsgate, which he said his father had bequeathed to him, and concerning which he had summoned the prior and convent before the abbot of St. John's, Colchester, and his fellow-judges. Witnesses : Osbert, dean of Arches, William the chaplain of St. Botulf, and others (named).
