Thursday before Palm Sunday [n April] John Bonquer
acknowledged himself bound to Peter Monader de Armenack
and Peter Fraunkhom in the sum of 63 6s. Bd. for wine ; to be
paid on the Feast of St. Bartholomew [24 Aug.], and unless, &c.
vij</. Thereupon came William Barage and bound himself to the said
Peter and Peter on behalf of the said John in form aforesaid,
viz., that if the said John should not pay on the day
named distress should be levied on his lands, tenements, and
chattels.
