Grant in fee tail by William de Rousselin of Houdene to Thomas Sayning of Houdene, chapman, and Margaret his wife, of all his toft in the town of Houdene, extending in breath between the land of Robert le Borlster on the one hand, and the land of the said William on the other, and in length from the king’s highway before, tothe water of Derwente behind, for an annual rent of 4s. Sealing clause.
