[c. 1217] Confirmation by Sabina daughter of David Cordiwisse of the sale and quitclaim which her son William Piedefer made to Holy Trinity of 7s. p.a. of quit rent which she had in the parish of St. George and St. Leonard in (apud) Estchep which quit rent Robert Bat and Robert Blund, butcher, used to pay Sabina and William which Osbert Piedefer, once her husband, gave her in dower; to hold to the said canons freely, which grant Sabina made after the death of Richard Bacun her husband; the canons gave her -} mark of silver; witnesses, John Sperling, alderman, John Abraham, William Versin.
