Benere, late citizen of London, to Walter le Benere, citizen, of London, of
land and houses in the parish of St. Magnus the Martyr, towards London
Bridge, together with a small piece of land adjacent called ' the kitchen '
(coquina) and houses built thereon. Witnesses : Sir John le Blound,
mayor, William Cosyn and Reginald de Thonderle, sheriffs, of London, and
