[London.] A. 7367. Chirograph, not indented, being a grant by S. the prior of Holy Trinity, London, and the convent of the same church to Ailbrictus
the smith (fabro} of the land which next before him Turstanus held and
the land which next before him William the fletcher (jleccaria.^ held ;
these two lands they granted to him and his heirs to hold in fee and
heredity for 5.s. yearly rent for all service, to wit 2.s. Qd. at Easter and
2.s. 6(/. at Michaelmas, so that he make the said payment truly (nine
(mini -hnjenio) and be faithful for this tenement; he has sworn in the
canons' chapter before the convent to be faithful to the church and us for
this tenement ; for this grant he has given the prior and convent 7*. gersum.
