Saturday the Feast of Nativ. of St. John Bapt. [24 June] came
Gerard de Brie, attorney of William de Prangers, and Simon
Godard, clerk, attorney of Peter de Russilun, and acknowledged
satisfaction for the sum of 14 17$. in which Richard de Asseburne,
John de Westmelle, and Henry de Peck bound themselves
to the said William and Peter on Friday after the Feast
of Conception B. Mary, anno 1 1 Edward I. It is therefore
cancelled, as appears on the Friday aforesaid.' |
