Grant from Philip Hoel to Guasius son of Robert
Warnir and to his heirs begotten of Alice daughter of the
said Philip, of all his right in the lend called "la Grave"
viz. that which William Ingelmund held, who is yearly to
pay to the said Guasius the rents formerly paid to Philip;
the said Gussius paying three-pence yearly to Philip and
his heirs.
