All his land lying between the land beside that of Stephen Koleram and the the land of Luke Koleram on the east and the land of Robert Makerel on the west and heading (or abutting) on the north as far as the highway and heading on the south as far as the lands of the aforesaid Stephen and Luke.
Reserving a rent to the crown of 5d. per annum to be paid in mid Lent.
Witnesses: John Thorell, John Phar' (Pharon by analogy with the donee in RYE/136/7.), Thomas Phar', Nicholas Blund, John Gregory, Nicholas de La Nesse, Thomas de la Nesse, Henry Slyphe, Laurence Slyphe, Alexander Helis, Reginald Marchont, Luke Koleram, Robert Makerell. Done and recorded on Wednesday next before the feast of SS. Tiburtius and Valerianus the martyrs in the month of April A.G. 1258 at Rye.
