RYE/1, 12 have a group of witnesses in common, Geoffrey Storm, William Munt, Geoffrey Walterman, while William Whytte and Henry Koc are common to two of them. Furthermore RYE/136/11, 12 have William and Henry de Pipenselle and Geoffrey Walterman in common with the dated charter RYE/136/5 above. This group of names is absent from the dated lists after 1300.)

7/8a. of land lying in a field called Wynterlonde between the land of Geoffrey Storm on the east and a road called Denestrete on the west and extending from Northburne as far as the highway.
Rent reserved ½d. sterling to be paid in the vigil of St. Andrew the apostle at John's house in Gadeberge. Consideration 20s. sterling.
