All that messuage which lies in the town of Rye between the highway on the east, and a certain place belonging to the heirs of Stephen Ambroys on the west and between the tenement of John Ambroys and of the donee and his brother Stephen on the south and the tenement of Elena Wodeman on the north.
Consideration 40s. sterling.
