A moiety of their tenement, namely the southern part which Gymmota Smoth, mother of Juliana, onetime acquired of John le Blodletere and Margery his wife.
Reserved rent to John and Margery 3s. per annum.
Consideration 20s. sterling (to Thomas and Juliana).
Seal of the Barons of Rye procured for better evidence and security.
Witnesses: John Paccok, then mayor, Paul son of Robert, Robert Marchaunt, William ate Wissche, Geoffrey Solaz, Henry Goldyeve, Reginald de Rackele, Richard Blykewelle, John Whyte, John Ambroys, Stephen his brother, Andrew Colebrond, Peter the clerk.
