Contents:
A certain dwelling partaining to a messuage which they acquired of Richard le Knyst in the town of Rye, which lies between a place assigned to the use and lighting of the Church of St. Mary of Rye which John Elkyn holds on the east, a curtilage of the donee's on the west, the donee's principal messuage on the north and a curtilage of Paul son of Robert pertaining to the hall on the south. Also they quitclaim an annual rent of 6¼d. which they have received of Ralph and Christine for another dwelling in the same house acquired of Richard le Knyst which John and Margery granted to them some time past.
Reserved rent of 12d. per annum to the king's court of Rye; also 18d. per annum towards lighting the church; also to Richard le Knyst ½d. per annum.
Consideration 22s. sterling.
Seal of Rye procured for better evidence and security.
