of St Olave, Suthwerk, which messuage upon the death of
Will. Frossh descended to his four daughters, of whom
Isabella formerly wife of John de Maltone was one; and which 4th part the grantors had by demise of the said John
de Maltone 63 quit-claim of Will. de Maltone, son & heir
of the said Isabella; which messuage is situate in width
between the Ch.-yard of St Olave on E, a lane called la
Watergate leading from the highway to the Thames on W., & extends in length from the highway on S. to the Thames on N.
