Grant from Gilbert de Teydene, draper, of London, to John Cole, draper, of the same in considl: of the receipt of £12, of the tenement which he had by the gift of John de Codintone in the par. of St Olave of Suwerk, lying in width between the ditch of the mills of Amicia la Lunge on E & the causeway of Bermundese on W, & extending in length from the tenement of Edmund Horn on S. to the tenement of the said Amicia on N.; paying to him an annual cuit-rent of one halfpenny, to John de Codintone of half a pound of pepper, & to Amicia la Lunge of ninepence.
