Remission to Hugh de Dun of the county of Derby of the king's
Slirewalnuy. indignation and rancour of mind towards him by occasion of trespasses
which he was said to have done at the time of the disturbance
had in the realm, and pardon to him on tho mainprise of Ralph de
Burgo and Hugh de Stretleye, both of the same county, that he will
bear himself faithfully to the king and stand to the award of Kenilworth
and do no further damage. And for tho surer and fuller observance of
this, both he and the mainpernors shall submit themselves to the
coercion of the church of Rome and the prelates of England whom the
king or las heirs shall think'fit to appoint.
